Set a course for success with an Annual Plan
Annual Planning helps our clients set a mid-range course. We establish quarterly strategies designed to accomplish the goals defined in the Annual Plan.
Our Annual Planning process begins with establishing a number of organizational goals, such a revenue increase, gain in market share, growth percentage, organization size etc. We examine these goals in greater and identify why these are important.
From there, we break these large goals into smaller and more defined, quantifiable goals, that can be accomplished through the specific initiatives over a 90 day period. Each quarter, we review what was done and measure the results. We celebrate the successes, and refine strategies that need improvement. We then re-establish a new set of strategies for the next quarter and work to execute those.
The Annual Plan sets the course of action for the coming 12 month period.
