We start the process by sending comprehensive questionnaires to the owners and key staff.

The questionnaires will ask each member to articulate who you are, what your goals are, what you do, who your best clients are, competition, strengths, weaknesses etc.

We compile the responses, then review with the team in a brainstorming session. From this effort, we draft an Annual Strategic Marketing Plan. This Plan is then executed and reviewed on a Quarterly basis. It acts as the roadmap for moving forward to accomplish your goals.

Optionally, if necessary, we will work with the existing team in an oversight role to keep tasks on target and in alignment with the stated goals.
